Administrative Fee**: A fee of 3.5% applies to all reservations
Credit Card Charges**: Using non-EU credit cards incurs a 3.5% fee, as per PSD2.
Booking Confirmation: You’ll get a reservation number by email. Check it and report errors swiftly. It’s vital for any booking modifications or cancellations.
Fixed Prices: The price given at booking confirmation is final, barring any itinerary changes. Modifications post-confirmation may incur extra costs.
Vehicle Requests: Indicate specific vehicle needs during booking to ensure availability.
Waiting Times: We offer 45 minutes of free wait time at airports and 15 minutes elsewhere. Additional waiting is charged hourly.
Extra Luggage: Inform us if additional luggage space is required.
Private Flight Pickups: For private flights, we adjust pickup times based on FBO information, unless otherwise instructed. Additional waiting time is charged hourly.
Booking Changes: Use your reservation number for amendments. Changes are not accepted within 24 hours of pickup.
Additional Costs: Parking, tunnel, and toll fees are billed at cost. Passengers cover any parking fines due to their directions.
Night Surcharge: A 20% surcharge applies for services between 22:00 and 06:00.
Cancellation Policy:
– Transfers: Cancel 72 hours before pickup without charge. Within 72 hours, the full rate is charged.
– Weddings: Free cancellation up to 5 days prior; within 5 days, the full rate is charged.
– Security Drivers/Close Protection Officers: Same as transfers.
– No-Shows: Charged the minimum rate plus applicable fees.
Refunds: A 7.5% handling fee applies to refunds.
Service Delays: We are not liable for uncontrollable delays but will communicate known issues.
Insurance: Our vehicles and drivers are fully insured, including Public Liability Insurance.
Route Changes: Drivers may alter routes due to traffic. We aren’t liable for missed appointments due to delays.
Child Safety Seats: Available on request. Installation and safety checks are the guardian’s responsibility.
Smoking Policy: Irish law prohibits smoking in our vehicles.
Dog Policy: Dogs are permitted. Notify us at booking. Large dogs may require dog boxes.
Responsibility: We’re not liable for delays due to weather, traffic, or lost/damaged items. A fee applies for returning lost items.
Vehicle Care: Fees may apply for vehicle damage or soiling.
